New Nevada OSHA Rules

Please be advised per the Nevada Senate Bill No. 233. OSHA cards no longer expires in the state of Nevada.  It is still required that all construction workers must have an OSHA 10 card and supervisory employees have an OSHA 30 card.

Additionally Federal OSHA law states that only one replacement card can be issued and only if it has been less than three years from the original date of the class.

The JATC still encourages IBEW members to take continuing education classes in safety training courses.  Please click here for a list of current classes.
